Walk This Way raised my awareness of just how little I moved
during an average day. Now, though I only occasionally
reach the 10,000 steps mark, I have definitely increased my
average daily activity level. It amazes me how taking the
long way to the elevators, parking at the end of the lot, and
taking a "stroll break" instead of a "munchie
break" can add up to such a change in tone, energy and
stress relief. My co-worker and I do this together, so the
friendly competition, company during walks and encouragement
helps, too.

Enhance your overall health

Gradually increase your
steps until you are walking approximately 10,000 steps most days
of the week. Our digital pedometer counts steps, measures
distance in miles, calculates calories burned and can store up
to seven days of data.
The Walk This Way logbook
provides walking tips and information to help you get started
and stay on track with walking. The convenient
pocket-sized booklet also allows you to log twelve weeks of
steps.
