Walk This Way raised my awareness of just how little I moved during an average day.  Now, though I only occasionally reach the 10,000 steps mark, I have definitely increased my average daily activity level.  It amazes me how taking the long way to the elevators, parking at the end of the lot, and taking a "stroll break" instead of a "munchie break" can add up to such a change in tone, energy and stress relief.  My co-worker and I do this together, so the friendly competition, company during walks and encouragement helps, too.
